Shipping Policy
At AnxieTee, we want to get your new gear to you as quickly and securely as possible. All our orders are packed and dispatched from Victoria, Australia, and we partner with Australia Post for all deliveries.
Order Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: During peak periods or major releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Australia)
We offer two flat-rate shipping options within Australia via AusPost. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed.

Standard Shipping (AusPost Parcel Post)
- Cost: $9.95 or "Free for orders over $100")
- Estimated Delivery: 2–6 business days (depending on your state and whether you are in a metro or regional area).

Express Shipping (AusPost Express Post)
- Cost: $14.95
- Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been carefully packed and handed over to AusPost, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the Australia Post tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your email.
Missing or Lost Packages
Once your parcel is with Australia Post, AnxieTee is not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your order is significantly delayed or showing as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@anxietee.com.au. We will gladly help you open an investigation with AusPost to track down your items.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package out again.
